The leather on the seat of the sofa seems to be wrinkled after awhile. Is this normal?Yes, the seat where you most often sit on will tend to have more wrinkles and creases after awhile. This is normal due to the stretching of the leather as you sit on it. The issue, also known as puddling, will occur where you sit on the most. To reduce this issue, always plump the cushions and smoothen out the leather after use. This will reduce the issue of puddling.
-
I observe some slight marks on the leather, is it a defect? For Aniline leathers, some marks may be visible on the leather due to the leather being minimally treated. These marks are naturally occurring, and includes things like scars, bite marks, scratches that the animal received during their life. Regardless of this, during the production of the sofa, the best part of the leather will be chosen to upholster the sofa to minimize the scars and marks. This is the unique aspect of Aniline leathers, where the most natural form of leather is potrayed.
-
Why does my newly delivered sofa looks flattened and with creases? Our sofa are wrapped in soft polyester covers and secured in a rigid carton box for shipping. As they are not tightly shrink wrapped, there are far lesser creases on the sofa. Some of the sofa cushions may be tightly fixed and wrapped to prevent it from moving around in the box. Upon unwrapping the sofa, some of the cushions may be temporary flattened. This is just temporary and after allowing the sofa to sit for a day or so, it will go back to its natural original state.
-
Why does the leather colour look different than what I saw in your studio? The leather colour may look different due to the different lighting used in our studio and in your home. As the leather comes in different batches, and especially for Aniline leather, because they are using a water based dye, the resulting colour for different batches could vary slightly. As much as it is kept the same, there will be slight difference between different leather batches, however they should not differ more than 10% in the colour shown in the swatches.
-
The sofa delivered is not the same size as what is mentioned when I bought it?As all sofa are handmade, there will be slight differences, if any, to the size. In general, there should be an allowance of ±5cm to be expected.
-
How do I ensure the recliner switch to be in good condition? For the button switch, ensure that normal force is applied to the switch. Excessive force and repeated pressing of the switch in succession may wear down the switch faster than normal.

Turn off the main power to the sofa. Inspect the power cables to see if they are loose. Inspect to see if the switch cables underneath the sofa are loose. -
I bought an extra battery pack. Do I have to regularly charge it?The battery pack needs to be charged every week or every other week, depending on the usage of the recliner. Even if the battery pack is not used, it is recommended to be charged every 3 months to prolong the lifespan of the battery.

The leather is loose and has creases on the foot rest portion, is it normal?Yes it is perfectly normal! The leather is looser at the foot rest portion of the recliner as it is intended to be that way to allow for the extension of the footrest during the recline.
